Join From Paddock to Plate as we take you to meet students at a five-star sustainable school with a flourishing vegetable garden and rubbish-free lunches, then up to an urban sky farm amongst the skyscrapers, across to a small four square metre space that can produce over 130 kilograms of vegetables a year, over to a factory that processes food waste into cattle feed and finally to visit a dairy farmer who uses this cattle feed, turning what was once food waste into delicious fresh milk.
